An important part of this art is kata—formal sets of movements that help develop technique and understanding of combat principles.
In this context, the technical kata seminar, led by the President of the Russian National Karate Federation Kyokushin Kaikan and Branch Chief of Russia, Shihan Ilsur Fazdalov, represents a unique opportunity for athletes of all levels to enhance their skills and deepen their knowledge of karate, which will ultimately help them compete.
At the end of the seminar, a Kyu test was administered.
