Nutrition … this is what is given special attention in the camp.
We all know that athletes’ nutrition should be healthy, nutritious and, of course, tasty.
Therefore, the cooks strictly adhere to the rules and norms of healthy eating, work according to a specially developed 5-meal menu, in which all the vitamins, nutrients and necessary calories are calculated.
In addition to various soups and porridges, every day the guys had fruits, salads, and dairy products on the table.
At the end of the shift, belt exams were traditionally held.
