On March 18-2022, IKO World So-Kyokushin Polska National Seminar was held in Sandomierz again, attended by karatekas from all over the country. The special guest was shihan Mariusz Godos, President of the Polish Full-Contact Karate Association. As part of the seminar, trainings were conducted by the above-mentioned shihan Mariusz Godoś and shihan Krzysztof Borowiec, shihan Jozef Pietras, sensei Ewa Pawlikowska and sensei Radosław Ambroziak. The Kumite National Team of the IKO World So-Kyokushin Poland was developing new skills under the watchful and skilled eye of sensei Artur Cichon. The colorful and filled to the brim program of the seminar, developed by the host – sensei Tomasz Cizynski – could not miss visiting the old town of a unique city and outdoor training in the Old Town square. The unique atmosphere, the all-present smile, kindness and hospitality with a solid portion of knowledge and training make this event extremely successful. Thank you. The next IKO World So-Kyokushin Polska karate seminar will take place in June in Szczecin,Poland, where Shihan Cameron Quinn will be a main instructor. We can not wait. See you. OSU !!!
