Russian of So Kyokushin Garibyan Dojo International seminar

Russian Union of So Kyokushin Karate held an annual  International seminar of So Kyokushin on the 19-20th of May in Mytishchi ( Moscow region). In this seminar also took part participants from Armenia and Georgia. The seminar program include morning training in outdoor on the bank of the river and three times  training  in indoor and a kyu test in the  end. Everything has passed exellant.
