From September 18–20, 2026, another seminar and training camp for the IKO World So-Kyokushin Poland national team took place at the unique Dojo Stara Wieś.
This year’s training sessions were led by:

A special highlight was the participation of Senpai Aleksander Ambroziak, who had recently returned from an eight-month Uchideshi Program under Hanshi Daigo Ohishi in Japan. It was a unique opportunity to learn from the experiences and knowledge he gained during that intensive training in Japan.
The three days were packed with a wealth of knowledge, demanding training, the refinement of techniques and sparring, and top-level karate—all within an exceptional atmosphere of mutual respect, dedication, and a shared pursuit of growth.
We extend our sincere thanks and deepest respect to our instructors—Shihan Piotr Zembrzuski, Sensei Konrad Kozubowski, and Senpai Aleksander Ambroziak—for their time, the vast knowledge they shared, the challenging training sessions, and the inspiration to constantly elevate our own standards. Your experience, commitment, and passion for karate serve not only as a source of knowledge for us but also as motivation to continue working on ourselves and to pass on Kyokushin values to future generations. This event demonstrates that karate is not just a martial art – it’s a path to self-improvement, character development, and building bonds within the karateka community.
