On April 5, 2026, a significant event for athletes of the Russian National Karate Federation Kyokushin Kaikan took place in Kazan.
Karate is more than just a martial art; it is an entire philosophy that unites physical fitness, spirituality, and discipline.
Specifically, in anticipation of the Russian Championship and Junior Championship, as well as the “Novice Cup,” President of the Russian National Karate Federation Kyokushin Kaikan and Branch Chief of Russia, Shihan Ilsur Fazdalov, held a master class for experienced and young athletes in kata and kumite.
Two intensive, one-and-a-half-hour seminars, dedicated to the intricacies of kata and kumite, were held in a single breath. The result was satisfied, sparkling athletes, a sea of positive emotions, and invaluable experience.
