World So-Kyokushin. Ohishi Dojo. On April 6, 2025, a training seminar on Kyokushin Kaikan karate was held in Kazan under the leadership of the President of the Russian National Federation of Kyokushin Kaikan Karate, Branch Chief of Russia, Shihan Ilsur Fazdalov and Vice President of Shihan Azat Fazdalov.
In total, during the seminar, two training sessions were held for junior belts and two training sessions for senior belts, which included improving kihon and kata. More than 250 athletes from white to black belt participated in the seminar.
“Kihon” is the basis of karate, i.e. basic technique, grouped in such a way that from the first lessons you can begin to master the necessary motor skills, which will subsequently be consolidated and improved.
“Kata” is a technical complex of techniques. They combine defense and attack techniques, so it is necessary to understand the meaning of each movement and perform it correctly.
During the training process, a warm and friendly atmosphere reigned in the hall.

Upon completion, all participants were awarded certificates confirming the completion of the training seminar and exam.
