Polish Eastern District FullContact Karate Championships 2025

On Saturday, April 12, 2025, Szczytno became the capital of fullcontact karate. All thanks to the Eastern District FullContact Karate Championships, which took place in a sports hall in a unique, family atmosphere. The event was organized by the Szczycieński Kyokushin Karate Club led by Shihan Piotr Zembrzuski, and the occasion was no small one – the 45th anniversary of the dojo, which has been promoting sport, discipline and values flowing from the philosophy of karate for decades.

The competition was attended by 250 fighters from as many as 30 dojos from all over Poland. The level of competition was very high, and the participants showed not only great physical preparation, but also the spirit of fair play. The stands were filled with families, friends and karate fans, who loudly supported their competitors, creating an amazing atmosphere.

The competition was also accompanied by a tournament for the youngest – “Young Lions” – which brought many emotions and smiles to the audience. The children, full of enthusiasm and energy, proved that the future of contact karate is bright.

The organization of the event was at the highest level – everything was taken care of down to the last detail, and the participants praised both the course of the competition and the warm welcome in Szczytno. The anniversary nature of the event gave it a special meaning, and the memories of the day spent together will remain in the memories of both competitors and spectators for a long time.

The Championships in Szczytno are an excellent example of how passion, commitment and many years of work can unite the karate community and create an event that inspires subsequent generations of young fighters.
