A seminar was held in the Moscow(Dojo sensei Roman Gaidukov)

On 15.10.2022, a seminar was held in the Moscow office of the OFSOO RNFKKK (Dojo sensei Roman Gaidukov) in preparation for the autumn exam. The seminar was held by shihan Oleg Kuznetsov. Shihan Oleg Kuznetsov explained the performance of the kata in detail, and also showed the basic methods of practicing kumite.
Students received a lot of useful information and continue their training. Many thanks to Shihan Oleg Kuznetsov for an interesting and important lesson!
