On August 27-29, 2021, a summer seminar of the black belts of the IKO World So-Kyokushin Poland clubs from the West Pomeranian District Karate Association was held, attended by representatives of Szczecin, Kolobrzeg, Moryn and Chojna. The host and organizer of the training was sensei Tomasz Gibowski and run by him Dojo “Shodan Chojna” . Keiko were devoted to kumite, but not only on the sport’s level. We looked at the full five-pillar fight, including close contact real selfdefence and close combat on ground. The seminar ended with keiko on the city beach in Moryn. A great atmosphere, constant smile on the faces of the participants and a lot of knowledge and material for further training allow us to consider this weekend as extremely fruitful.
